here is the recipe of my favorite salad!
INGREDIENTS
-lettuce
-spinach
-rocket
-olive oil
-balsamic
-honey
-almonds
-walnuts
-fresh cheese
wash vegetables
cut them with your hands and NOT with a knife ! Cutting vegetables with knife contacting the metal with vegetables and they lose all of their nutritive values
cut the apple into small pieces and throw it into the salad
Mix in a vase oil, balsamic and honey and pour over salad
pour over salad nuts and cheese
ENJOY YOUR SALAD!!
