There's nothing better than start your day with a workout, so wear your fav tracksuit and sneakers and Just do it! Go to the nearest park run a little bit and then stretch your body. After the workout you can make a lukewarm and relaxing shower, then you should eat a good breakfast to have energy to start your day. Now you'll feel much better, you'll be happy and energetic, so try it...
